Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policies

I have a "no refunds “ policy for all programs, services, and products. Once you have scheduled and paid for a Session, Workshop, Program, or Session Bundle, or ordered a product from my shop, I do not offer refunds. Services are not transferable to another person.

Please be certain before you sign up, order, or register. If you have any questions before scheduling, please contact me. I am happy to help you determine whether we are a good fit for you before you sign up.

Here is the fine print about this policy:

1:1 Sessions: 1:1 Sessions can be rescheduled with emailed notice within 24 hours of your appointment.

Programs, Classes, and Workshops: Once you have registered and paid for a program, I do not offer refunds, and your registration is not transferable.

If I need to cancel: I reserve the right to cancel a Session or Program for any reason with less than 24 hours’ notice: If this happens, you will be offered a full refund via the payment platform through which you paid.

Books and Oracle Cards: I do not offer refunds or returns on Books or Oracle cards. If purchased through my website, www.JoannaSchmidt.com, and products arrive damaged, contact me within 2 weeks from your order date for a replacement.
