Cancelation and Refund Policies
I have a "no refunds policy" for all programs, services and products. This means, once you have scheduled and paid for a Session, Workshop, Program or Session Bundle, or ordered a product, I do not offer refunds and your session or place in a class is not transferable to another person.
Please be certain before you sign up, order or register. If you have any questions before scheduling, please contact me, I am happy to help you determine if it is a good fit for you before you sign up.
Here is the fine print about this policy:
1:1 Sessions: You may reschedule your 1:1 session only with emailed notice within 24-hours’ of your appointment time. Without 24-hours’ notice I do not offer refunds and your session is not transferable to another person.
Programs Classes and Workshops: Once you have registered and paid for a program I do not offer refunds and your registration is not transferable to another person.
If I need to cancel: I reserve the right to cancel a Session or Program for any reason with less than 24-hours’ notice: If this happens you will be offered a full refund via the payment platform in which you paid.
Books and Oracle Cards: I do not offer refunds or returns on Books or Oracle cards. If purchased through my website, www.JoannaSchmidt.com, and products arrive damaged, contact me within 2 weeks for a replacement.
